Opened in 2024 in the former Bombay Palace space at Discovery Bay, Namaste is an easy walk for Waikiki hotel guests. Owners Amrit Shrestha and Kuber Gurung serve chicken jhol momo, dhaniya chicken curry, lamb coconut curry and tikka masala, with homemade pistachio kulfi for dessert and validated parking.
