A longtime Moiliili favorite run by siblings cooking their mother's recipes, Cafe Maharani is a dinner-only, BYOB spot near the University of Hawaii. Regulars order chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, lamb vindaloo and oversized garlic naan with saffron rice. It earned bronze for Best Indian in the 2026 Hale Aina Awards.
