About Tapori
From the team behind Daru, Tapori opened on H Street NE in 2025 and draws on the street food of Mumbai, Kerala and the Himalayas. Expect vada pav, bison momos, dosa with seasonal vegetable stew, and kulcha topped with duck and sour cherry. The bar leans tropical, with drinks like a gajar halwa-inspired mai tai and a tamarind whiskey cocktail.
