About Tamba
Tamba brings contemporary Indian cuisine to Town Square at the south end of the Strip, cooking across a raw bar, charcoal grill, Josper oven, clay tandoor, wok and curry station. Chef Anand Singh's menu runs from butter chicken and garlic lamb chops to a charred wagyu strip and lobster green curry.
