Open in West Highlands since 2017, Spice Room has grown to sister locations on East Colfax and in Olde Town Arvada. The sprawling menu covers butter chicken, lamb biryani, hand-folded momos and garlic naan, and the kitchen offers dozens of vegetarian and vegan dishes such as baingan bharta and malai kofta.
